There are truly no words, but so much gratitude. Kenny, Keven, and the whole KASE fam made the experience of getting into our dream home so seamless, stress-free, fun, and enjoyable. I am not sure many folks can say that. It was a fast transaction (well because 2021 real estate was bonkers). But hear me out- we saw the home on Tuesday, made our verbal offer on Thursday and it was accepted and we were popping champagne on that Friday. We not only got the home for under ask (again, not even a thing in 2021) but I truly believe we got the home because of the relationships and connections KASE has in the local community because they are all about community over competition. Doing business with integrity with the client's needs first and foremost. Using their knowledge and expertise of the neighborhoods we were looking at they were able to steer us clear of some easy-to-fall-for traps during our initial searches. There were a few homes that looked nice to the naked eye but would have caused lots of headaches later, and their knowledge helped us avoid what would have become major regrets. We have since become friends with Kenny, Keven, and lots of the KASE family. It is a family there and we are so grateful to feel like part of it. You can feel the warmth and happiness when we got our keys for the first time and set foot in our home. With my husband in the mortgage and real estate world, they have also helped him with advice, open arms, and referrals too. We can't thank the KASE family enough.
